​Terms of service:
            By commissioning me you agree to my terms
              and service as an artist and as a person

                                 Commissioning:
When commissioning me, i will require a reference of the info required for the commission, for example: if you want an icon, i will need at least an image of the head. For customs, i will need images for what your wanting as well as the description(Example: If you want a timber wolf custom, provide an image of the wolf, colors and any added markings you may want).

                                     Payment - 
You must be able to pay upfront, I will only start work once it's paid. 
                                  PayPal only

               Please do not include your shipping address!
                                   USD only.

                                    Refunds: 
Once you have paid, you will be added to the queue, and you will receive a sketch WIP (work in progress) if you are not happy with the piece at that stage you may ask for a refund. But after you have approved of the sketch wip you are not entitled to a refund. You are also entitled if i have not started at all and you have problems/the wait has become complicated. But please ask me and don't just backcharge.

                           Commission progress:
I will edit and change the image to an extent, however constant change may be denied.. Being asked too late into the drawing may also be denied or you will be charged. (Please be aware characters will most likely look different in my style, i will not draw in other styles.)
After the sketch is approved no major changes can be made.
Changes to the image (if they were my mistake) are allowed.
               
                               Work speed:
I try to finish asap, but i also have another job, and my style takes time. but please be patient with me so i can make it the best quality i can provide! you may ask for deadlines, however i may deny them...

                             Rights to my art:
You may not use my art for any type of sale (items, prints ect) without my permission, and you will most likely be charged if i approve. You cannot claim my work as your own. If I find out or am told you are claiming my work as your own, I have the right to revoke your usage of my artwork and you will be blacklisted.
You must always credit the artwork whenever and where ever you post it. MokaMoonz (Twitter/DA/FA/Instagram) or Vanessa Valdez (Facebook) will work for credit.
You cannot edit or modify my work, especially if it covers or disrupts my watermark. I do not give out unwatermarked versions.
Editing my images in any way shape or form without permission is not allowed and can lead to being blacklisted. (Please just ask me, i will most likely be willing and able to do what you need edited.)

                             Buying my characters:

Please do not buy to resell for more. (Unless you add more art.)
Using them for commercial use will most likely cost you a fee if i approve.
If the character was designed and or drawn by me, the above credit rules also apply.

                               Buying NSFW:
In order to buy NSFW art from me you must provide visual proof of your age on your ID. If you are underage i will not be able to provide you with adult content. If you are trying to lie about your age and get it anyway, you will be blocked and blacklisted instantly.


Most importantly, i  have the right to refuse service for any reason!
